Dr. Sandra Doyle-Lisek
Clinical Psychologist, Psy.D.
I am a Licensed Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, as well as an active member of the Ontario Psychological Association. I have trained at multiple Chicago area hospitals including Alexian Brothers Behavioural Health Centre, & Cook County Hospital. I have been working at North York General Hospital for almost 15 years, where I am the Clinical Team Leader in the Child & Adolescent Inpatient & Day Hospital programs. I also work with adolescents & families in the Adolescent Eating Disorders program.
I have a plethora of experience in offering assessments, consultations & treatments for a wide range of psychological issues experienced by children, adolescents & adults. I also have a special interest in parenting and family difficulties.
My therapeutic approach utilizes various treatment approaches, including evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), & Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for Eating Disorders. I take pride in tailoring treatment approaches to ensure my client’s needs are taken care of & that they feel supported & validated.
