Jessica Henry
Social Worker
MSW, RSW
I am a registered social worker & therapist at the clinic. My clinical experience stems from hospitals, private healthcare and community service settings supporting children, adolescents, & adults with various presenting mental health concerns. I also carry an extensive background in conducting research & working within the mental health and wellness field.
My clinical & research experiences have equipped me with the skills needed to help you understand and/or change patterns of behaviour, feelings, & relationships, that are getting in the way of your optimal functioning. I enjoy working with children, adolescents & families to develop the essential skills & insight needed to overcome challenges & facilitate more joy, empathy & authenticity.
I use a tailored approach for each client that may include skills & practices from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Relational Psychotherapy, Solution Focused & Mindfulness. My aim with clients is to help you create a step-by-step plan, so that you can feel more certainty in how to move forward & reconnect with what is important to you.
